The property is located in Sainte Maxime 400 meters to the beach. The resort offers 4 private lodges at garden level in front of the sea.
Lodges’ names are Cap St Tropez, Cap Camarat, Cap Taillat or Cap Lardier, with reference to headlands of Saint Tropez Bay .
Pool is shared. Each lodge can welcome 4 people, adults and children included, and offers a distinctive access to the pool to respect privacy.
Landlords live on the site at the upper level of the villa. The property is built in a modern style with high quality of equipment: air conditioning in each room, large heated pool (14x7m) with wooden deck, lodge’s terrace with panoramic sea view, electric shutters, WIFI , park inside the property

Rental from 4:00 pm (check-in time on day of arrival ) to 10:00 am (check-out time on day of departure)
- Cleaning fee : € 125 to be paid upon arrival
- Sainte Maxime city tax collection : € 6,05 / adult /night to be paid on arrival
- Household linen not provided. Bed linen and towels hire prices upon request.
- Security deposit: € 500 : cash at the entry of the premises, returned at the end of the stay. May also be paid via bank transfer 10 days before the arrival, restored max 10 days after release in that case.
